Services Provided

Publishing Journey provides publishing consultation and services including editing, design, marketing, distribution, and author coaching. We offer guidance and expertise but do not guarantee specific publishing outcomes.

Author Responsibilities

As an author, you are responsible for:

• Providing original or properly licensed content
• Ensuring content does not infringe on others' rights
• Meeting agreed-upon deadlines and providing feedback
• Providing accurate information and manuscript details

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your manuscript and published work. Publishing Journey does not claim ownership of your content. We have the right to use your work for promotional purposes with your consent.

Payment Terms

Services require payment according to agreed pricing. Refunds are available within 30 days of service commencement if no work has begun. Once work commences, payments are non-refundable.

Limitations of Liability

Publishing Journey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid for services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your manuscript and personal information. Our team signs confidentiality agreements to protect your work.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
